Standard Shipping Policy
So glad you asked, we'd love to tell you! Thanks to our amazing warehouse crew, most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email, you’ll get another notification once your order has shipped. Holiday weeks can take a bit longer to process, 2-5ish business days. Sorry folks, we are still a small company and Robyn is working hard to fulfill all the orders.

Shipping Charges: All charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your package once it’s boxed up—no surprises. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping Method:
- We primarily ship via USPS, with an average delivery time of 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
- For PO Box deliveries, USPS is the only carrier available for fulfillment.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your inbox for updates!
Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
To ensure your order arrives by December 24th, please place your order by the following cut-off dates based on your chosen shipping method:
USPS
- Ground: Place orders by December 18th.
- Priority: Place orders by December 19th.
- Priority Express: Place orders by December 21st.
UPS
- Domestic 3-Day: Place orders by December 19th.
- 2-Day Air: Place orders by December 20th.
- Canada UPS Expedited: Place orders by December 20th.
DHL
- Express: Place orders by December 20th.

A quick note: the white knife posters are shipped in a 28” cardboard tube that requires additional shipping charges. To avoid extra costs, we recommend ordering the folded poster.
