Got the wrong size? Hat doesn’t fit? Knife color doesn’t match your Jordans? We gotchoo.
We allow returns for up to 30 days after your order is received. Just make sure the product is unused and includes all the original packaging. For the holiday season, check out our Holiday Return Policy below for extra flexibility.
Holiday Return Policy
To make gift-giving stress-free, we’re extending our typical return window:
- Items purchased between November 15th and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
- All other return guidelines still apply.
How to Make a Return

Fill Out a Return Request:
Submit a return request on our website for a full refund (minus shipping costs). We’ll email you a prepaid return label. -
Ship Your Item:
- Once you receive your return label, you have 14 days to ship the product back.
- Box it up, tape the label on, and place it in your mailbox for USPS pickup.
- After 14 days, your return label will expire, and the return window will close.

Get Your Refund:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

- Items must have been purchased directly from Knafs.com.
- If purchased from a dealer, please contact the dealer directly.
- If you are having a warranty issue, please visit our Warranty Policy page.

Condition of Returns:
- Items must be unused and include all original packaging.
- Damaged items or those missing packaging may not receive a full refund or may be denied.

Exclusions:
- Engraved knives: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there’s a manufacturing issue, visit our Warranty Page.
- International returns: We don’t offer standard international returns. Contact us at info@knafs.com to explore options—we’ll do our best to help!
